Identify this weird strategy game

I remember playing this strange strategy game, I have no idea what it's called and i only remember vague details. But if you could identify it, it will satisfy my curiosity...and perhaps I might play it again.K, this was about i'd say 10 years ago...It's a strategy game set in the sky, literally. You have islands in the sky, and you have to build these bridge/highways that allow you to construct your buildings. The main source is solar energy, I think. There are turrets you built that were called solar turrets...Anyway, it was really bizarre and weird but a heck of fun so if you recognize it at all, let me know. Identify this weird strategy game
