Dual Core Gaming problem ! ! !

I have problem whit playing TIBERIAN SUN and it is lagging whit time. And then I go to see task manager and go to performance and only one core of two was running, whit around 99%is there a solution whit that problem.I hear A Intel microcode reliability update that helps some of this problems can you help me whit that problem. I have: DELL inspiron 1520 intel core 2 duo 2.0 GHzRam 2000 MbGF iNvidia 8600M GT 256 Mb... Vista home premium 32bit SP1 Dual Core Gaming problem ! ! !
If the code for the game is not written for multicore and/or they do not have an update that does it then its not going to use extra cores.



multi-core programming has to be explicitly done (at least until the next version of .Net comes out then its all done in the background :))
