You own the game so install it. Turn off the inbuilt clip recorder to gain some performance, but seriously don't expect it run well on your hardware.
ive got at the moment a geforce 7050 graphics card and im waiting for the 9400gt to arrive
celeron? lol if you asking because you haven't opened it yet, take it back.
I've seen people running GTA IV on your graphics card so that will work (on low, and low resolution), your CPU is going to be a massive issue though. GTA IV eats quad cores for breakfast, I'm not sure you'll have much luck with a Celeron.

why would you buy such a crappy card? if your spending under $50 on a card dont expect it to run anything.
