No, you can't, but the game already has minimal blood. Game is not that bloody.

In the menu go to options, Game settings and select the blood option

as for the blood thing, maybe they're squemish? maybe they just don't like seeing blood?

Yes you can turn off the blood.... Its in the options menu.
If anything this game doesn't have enough blood. Anyone know any good blood mods?

This is what i always thought too. It doesn't deter from the game, i just kind of expected there to be more blood. Maybe i've become too accustomed to certain other games where your enemies spurt blood out all over the place when you shoot them and turn into a bloody pile of gibs when you blow them up.
Theres a switch in the options to turn it off.
