Far Cry 2 weapons question

SO, will we PC gamers be getting those 3 new weapons?Also a bit offtopic, are there many mods made so far for Far cry 2?Far Cry 2 weapons question
i checked for mods but couldnt find anyall i want though is a mod to increase the time it takes for enemies to respawn at checkpoint areas Far Cry 2 weapons question

i would actually like to see some new assault rifles instead of shotguns, which i never use. and i don;t think there's such thing as silenced shotgun in reality. but of coz, that's not the point.
