oblivion with xpadder

i set up xpadder with 360 pad for oblivion fine i just cant do diagonal on the direction pad which i need for hot keys. anybody know how to do this? i suppose i can live without them but id prefer not tothanks ^_^ Bozzy-is-3^_^
